Atlantia may offer result and ranking systems to display students' exam and olympiad performances.
- Ranking Information
Depending on the nature of the exam, the ranking calculation may utilize:
total score,
number of correct and incorrect answers,
completion time,
criteria to be applied in case of a tie
. The ranking method may also be specified in the rules of the relevant exam or olympiad.
- Public Rankings
Necessary legal conditions are met for publishing personal data publicly.
In cases relying on explicit consent, it is essential that direct identity information is not displayed on the public table without the user's consent.
- Information That May Be Displayed
If the user grants the necessary permission, the rankings may display:
first and last name,
country,
city,
school,
grade,
score,
rank,
medal or award
information.
- Hidden Display
In cases where the user does not permit public achievement publication, if technically possible, more limited display methods such as:
user number,
anonymized name,
nickname
may be used.
- Modification of Results
Scores or rankings may be updated as a result of a calculation error, appeal, or exam security review.
- Appeal
If the user believes there is an error in the ranking or exam result, they may request a review from:

- Personal Data
Regarding the processing of public achievement and ranking information, the KVKK Clarification Text and, where necessary, the Explicit Consent Form Regarding the Publication of Photo, Video, and Achievement Information shall apply.
